Privacy

Short, because we collect little — five fields, no cookies, and nothing loaded from anyone else. This covers the two places you can give us personal data: the bench trial form, and emailing us.

Requesting a bench trial

The form at /trial asks for:

Email
To send you the licence file, and to reply if you write back.
Name
To address you, and to know who we are speaking to.
Company
To know which organisation is evaluating the software.
Position
To pitch at the right level — an engineer and a purchasing manager want different conversations.
Country
To know where you operate, which affects support hours and distribution.

We use it to send you the licence and to contact you about your evaluation and this product. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you asked us for something, and following up on it is what you would reasonably expect. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

We do not sell it, share it for anyone else’s marketing, or add you to a bulk mailing list.

Emailing us

Mail to hello@multil.ink is forwarded to a personal mailbox and kept there so we can carry on the conversation. Nothing more is done with it.

Who else touches it

Our hosting provider serves this site and runs the one function behind the trial form. Our email provider delivers the licence. Both act on our instructions only. Nobody else receives your details.

This site loads nothing from a third party — no analytics, no advertising, no tracking scripts, no third-party fonts. That is a technical rule enforced by the site’s own security headers, not just a policy. There are no cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Trial enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email hello@multil.ink and we will do it — there is no form and no process to go through. If you are in the UK or EU and think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the ICO.

Contact

hello@multil.ink reaches us for anything on this page, including “delete everything you have about me”.
